In less than 30 days, the Farmingville Hills Chamber of Commerce will hold the 11th Annual Farmingville Street Fair. With over 400 available spots over a half mile stretch of road, we are looking for vendors like to be part of the greatest event in Farmingville.

NOTE:
1. All vendors selling goods and services MUST know their New York State Tax Certificate of Authority number when filling out the application below. If you do not have a New York State Tax Certificate, here’s how to obtain one.
All exhibitors MUST display their New York State Tax Certificate of Authority number the day of the event.

2. All food vendors MUST obtain a permit from the Suffolk County Department of Health AND insurance.
